-4 player sets (red, orange, blue, purple; 6 knights (2 or each levels 1-3), 3 monopoles, 3 city walls, 1 trader ship)

-4 science upgrade tiles + 4 sets of science upgrade chits

-4 politics upgrade tiles + 4 sets of politics upgrade chits

-4 trading upgrade tiles + 4 sets of trading upgrade chits

For the 5-6 player set, the following pieces are added:

-1 barbarian ship (2 total)

-1 barbarian counter tile (2 total)

-12 crowns (36 total)

-2 player sets (yellow, green; 6 knights (2 or each levels 1-3), 3 monopoles, 3 city walls, 1 trader ship)

-2 science upgrade tiles + 2 sets of science upgrade chits (6 total)

-2 politics upgrade tiles + 2 sets of politics upgrade chits (6 total)

-2 trading upgrade tiles + 2 sets of trading upgrade chits (6 total)
